what to expect:
learn to play the piano through contemporary worship music, using the play-by-ear chord-approach. basic note-reading and music theory will be taught as needed.
suitable for:
beginners aged 13 and up, with or without prior musical training
duration:
four 10-week sessions (1 hr/wk)


worship piano II
what to expect:
learn basic improvisation and contemporary worship music styles. students will build a strong foundation in chords, develop skills to play by ear, and learn to create creative accompaniments.
suitable for:
pianists (gr.3 and above recommended) who enjoy worship music and want to extend their musical skills beyond score-reading. ages 13 and up.
duration:
two 10-week sessions (1 hr/wk)


worship piano III
what to expect:
become proficient in many keys and song-types, creating advanced harmonies and decorative fills. learn useful skills like hymn improvisation and basic songwriting techniques.
suitable for:
pianists familiar with basic improvisation (1 yr+ regular playing experience) who want to further their skills. ages 13 and up.
duration:
two 10-week sessions (1 hr/wk)


kids' worship piano
what to expect:
students will learn to play popular worship music using the chord-approach. they will develop skills such as playing melodies by ear, and creating their own songs.
suitable for:
children aged 9-12 with prior piano training (gr.1 and up recommended)
duration:
two 10-week sessions (45min/wk)
